Before starting with Ben, at LiveFit Personal Training I was 94kg. Something I am not proud to admit. Now, I’ve lost over 30kg, I am still going and have a new outlook on life. Now I am sure you are thinking wow that sounds easy, let me tell you it is not easy, it’s a lot of hard work not only was I really over weight but I also had old injuries that I had to overcome. Ben and I sat down and went through my injuries the biggest of all a fractured hip socket and the degeneration of my hip joint. We chatted about what I wanted to achieve and what were my goals.
Now I am sure you thinking that after a while you are going to get bored, well this is not the case, Ben will make sure you don’t get bored with your routine, our sessions are always varied and interesting. I was one of these people that hated the gym and always found it boring, but I knew I had to do something with my life otherwise I was never going to change, I figured well you know what I will give it a go I have nothing to lose, I am so glad I found LiveFit. It has changed my whole life for the better, I really enjoy training and seeing the results…yes its hard some days to find the energy to do it but once I have started I am fine. Personally I really don’t think I could have done this by myself, I would have lost the motivation and quit, having someone there that pushes you really does make a big difference.
Not one day goes by that I am not thankful for the hard work Ben has put into training me. The difference that Ben has made in, not only my life, but everyone else’s makes it impossible not to recommend Ben at LiveFit Personal Training to anyone wanting to change their lifestyle. “When I look back on my fitness journey the one thing that stands out for me is that for the last 2 years I have had the same trainer helping me achieve my goals. The great thing I love about Ben’s session is they don’t get boring, each month there are new exercises with new muscles to develop, it never gets repetitious.
I can’t recommend training with Ben highly enough, he has honestly changed my life for the better, not only giving me a new body and look but also raising my confidence and motivation to a level I didn’t think was possible. Even now when I feel that I can’t keep going in a session Ben pushes me to my max to get the best results.
